1. All puppies of kennel have:

- Prefix "GOLD STAR of TAVRIDA"
- Veterinary passport of the international sample
- International pedigree /registration of the international pedigree is not included into cost of the puppy and is paid separately/

2. Breeder responsible for health of the puppy on the common diseases within 7 days, and also a bite and the dental formula of puppies offered to sale up to age of 1 year. In case of change of a bite on non-standard, or absence of any teeth the dog can be exchanged for the puppy or a dog from another litter. Thus the dog returned in kennel should not be more senior than 1 year of 2 months. Transport and other charges of the buyer are not included into cost of an exchange of a dog. In default the breeder compensates to the buyer cost of the puppy with a condition of return of a dog, or they agree otherwise.

3. The breeder not responsible for displazy of hips as it is not stipulated by rules of cultivation in Ukraine. In case of need, or by inquiry of the buyer parents of puppies can be checked up with the help radiogram.

4. The breeder guarantees conformity of the offered puppy to requirements of the buyer. Puppies of show-, breed- and pets-class have various cost.

5. Delivery of puppies is made on all territory of Ukraine automobile and an air transport with payment of cost of transportation by the buyer of the puppy. Also we can deliver the puppy abroad or to boundary point with Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Moldova and Belarus. In the countries of the European Community - after passage of the test for furiousness in the age of not less than 4 months with payment by the buyer of cost of research and the maintenance of the puppy up to the specified age

6. The kennel can reserve the puppy from offered litter with payment of 25 % from its cost. In default the buyer from the puppy to him this sum comes back, except for cost of a remittance. The additional maintenance of the puppy up to the age stipulated between the buyer and the breeder is paid separately. The additional payment for the maintenance up to age of 2,5 months from the buyer is not required.

7. All conditions specified in guarantees are in addition stipulated in the contract of sale and purchase of the puppy, 1 which copy is given out to the buyer, and the second remains at the breeder.
